Hello! My name is Joseph Wargo. I am a certified Master Textile Cleaner, and the owner of Bold City Carpet Care, an IICRC* certified carpet & upholstery cleaning company serving homeowners and commercial businesses in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas.
